Thank You

Thank you to everyone who sponsored Team Merchant. We have raised over our goal and the donations still keep coming! Just awesome everybody! The day of the walk was a bit rainy but we pushed through. Our team consisted of me, John, great Aunties Marty and Annie, grandpa and a couple of spazzy Australian Shepherds. We were pretty tired by the end but it was worth it. We were hoping to be able to meet other families who have gone through similar experiences but the weather made it difficult to mingle.

Emma is growing and growing. Her latest cute behavior to note is her giggle. John is really good at getting her to do this. It's one of those from the belly giggles too. Too darn cute. Emma is very observant like her big brother. Sometimes she gives me this look that is very serious and mature and I flash forward to when she is a teenager and she gives me this look after I have done something ridiculous or embarassing to her. Just wait, it will happen, I can guarantee it.

Our day to day journey with Emma continues and every new little thing she does warms our hearts. Watching Emma achieve new milestones is something I hope we never take for granted.
